These cakes are not customizable. The design shown in the picture is the design that you will be receiving. If you’re looking for something more custom please stop in or call the store. Our ice cream cake operating hours are M-F 8am-3:30pm.
We require a weeks notice. Pickup time is any time of our Google business hours for the date you have selected. Please check Google as it is always up to date and accurate.
Ice cream cakes must be stored in a freezer at all times. If you’re driving a distance further than 25 minutes we recommend bringing a cooler or laundry basket with dry ice or ice packs. We do not provide this.
Our ice cream cakes only need to sit out 5-10 minutes prior to serving
Due to the perishable nature of our cakes, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once your order has left our store.
Once your order is placed you will have 24 hours to make a change or receive a refund. We are not able to accommodate changes to your order and have a strict no cancellations policy within this time frame.
Orders that are not picked up will not qualify for a refund and we will not hold them. If you need an extension on your pickup please call the store asap.
