We receive a large number of donation requests throughout the year. While we wish we could support everyone, we have a set limit and are unable to fulfill all requests. Due to volume, we may not respond to every inquiry. If you do not receive a response, please know that we are unable to donate at that time.

Please note we do not take ice cream cake orders via email. If you’re inquiring about an ice cream cake, please view our cake page or call the store to speak with a cake decorator Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
