We receive a large number of donation requests throughout the year. While we would love to support every organization, we have a limited donation budget and unfortunately cannot fulfill every request.

As a small business, we are not able to participate in paid sponsorships, advertising placements, or promotional partnerships. The donations we provide are typically in the form of gift cards or physical ice cream products, depending on availability.

Due to the high volume of inquiries, we may not be able to respond to every request. If you do not receive a response, please understand that we are unable to donate at that time.

Ice Cream Cake Orders:
We do not accept ice cream cake orders through email. If you are inquiring about an ice cream cake, please visit our cake page online or call the store to speak directly with a cake decorator. Cake decorators are available Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
